Standard: Every program starts with an intake session where we map out your current situation: weight, lifestyle, sleep, stress levels, injuries and any medical factors. If you choose nutritional guidance, I’ll analyse your eating habits and calculate a suitable energy and nutrition plan. Based on this, I create a training plan and, if desired, a nutrition plan tailored to your goals and abilities.

I prefer working with packages, as this allows us to achieve sustainable results together. If you prefer to book a single session, that is possible at €80.
